Global “Victory Day” Celebrations on October 12 Peace Governments in 108 Countries
Celebrations to herald the dawn
of a new time
of bliss and invincibility for all mankind (October 10, 2005) His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi—the legendary Vedic Sage from the Himalayas and founder of the Global Country of World Peace—will preside over a grand, global celebration of the great Vedic festival of “Victory Day” (Vijaya Dashami) this Wednesday, October 12. Peace Government leaders in 108 countries will in one day raise the flag of the Global Country of World Peace in as many as 7,000 locations around the world, which are the homes of different languages, dialects and cultural traditions. The day will begin with a flag raising on an island in the South Pacific, and end with the raising of the flag of world peace in Hawaii in the far west. The celebration will also include raising the flag of world peace in seven islands (in different oceans and seas) that are solely dedicated to world peace. Maharishi’s global Victory Day celebration will herald a new time of bliss and invincibility—a golden age of perpetual peace and unity for the whole family of nations—dawning for all mankind. Festivities of Victory Day Around the Globe Peace Government leaders will be joined in the flag raising ceremonies by Mayors and top builders who will also raise the flag of the nation, state, or city, as well as the flags of all the indigenous peoples and language/dialect groups of the world, alongside the flag of the Global Country of World Peace. The flag raising will be accompanied by bagpipers, drums, and other musical performances; by recitations in the local languages by the indigenous people; and by the sounds of the Veda—the sounds of Natural Law itself, which embody the organizing power that administers the galactic universe.

Victory Day is celebrated in the annual Vedic calendar of India as the day of invincibility for every nation—a day of victory of peace over conflict, of the unbounded over boundaries and limitations, of all possibilities for human life over suffering and problems. Victory Day is to awaken the nourishing, evolutionary power of the Total Natural Law—the Constitution of the Universe, the Will of God—which administers the infinite diversity of the universe with perfect order, to support everyone and every nation, and bring fulfilment to the aspirations of the wise throughout time for true globalization of the human race in permanent peace and unity of all nations. 7,000 Unique Units or
Expressions of Total Natural Law Maharishi explained that we are coming to a time when the life of every nation will be administered by Total Natural Law that administers the universe. “All galaxies are administered by one Total Natural Law,” Maharishi said. “This is the universal level of the intelligence known in Quantum Physics as the Unified Field, which is so flexible that it can administer everything simultaneously from the infinite value of life to the smallest finite values of life. It can satisfy all the innumerable requirements from the level of the galaxies to the smallest areas of land and human life on earth. This is an ideal administration.” Maharishi explained that each area on earth—rivers, forests, mountains, valleys, deserts, coastlines etc— there is a specific quality of Natural Law, and each area is governed by that specification of Natural Law, which has expressed in human life in the 7,000 different ancient traditional languages and cultures that have been catalogued over the past decades. For example, in Brazil there are 188 living languages that are spoken, in Gabon 41, and in Germany there are 25 distinctive dialects. Each Unit of Natural Law on earth is quite different from all others, but all these units combine to make one huge enormous range beyond anything—the unity of Cosmic flow that governs the world. A group of Yogic Flyers “In the world now,” Maharishi said, “it has been found that there are 7,000 such units of Natural Law. These are our centre points where we will create groups of enlightened people to enliven Total Natural Law to support the specific value of Natural Law for that area with its nourishing and evolutionary influence. Many languages have been lost —but those that remain will be the units of the enlivenment of the Constitution of the Universe in the life of the nation and the world.” The 7,000 different languages and dialects—or units—of Total Natural Law will each now have a small group of enlightened people practising the ancient techniques of Transcendental Meditation and Yogic Flying in a school or a Peace Palace built in the area to enliven Total Natural Law, and create coherence in collective consciousness. “This will be a shortcut to creating coherent world consciousness, which is the basis of invincibility for every nation and permanent peace in the family of nations,” Maharishi said. Maharishi emphasized that the flag-raising ceremonies are not a mere symbolic gesture to remind the people of the underlying invincible nature of life. “This is not for show,” Maharishi said. “Each flag is the concrete expression of the awakening of Total Natural Law in the area.”

This Victory Day is special
because the knowledge is
now available for every government to fulfil its parental role Maharishi explained that although Victory Day has been celebrated since times immemorial, this Victory Day is special because the knowledge and technology of Total Natural Law are now available for every government to fulfil its parental role for the nation, and administer the life of the people with the same perfection as the Total Natural Law administers the universe. The Peace Government in each country is organizing for Total Knowledge to be applied in national life, inspired by Maharishi, and under the guidance of the ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, His Majesty Maharaja Nader Raam. Maharaja Nader Raam is that great scientist who has demonstrated that every human physiology—from whatever culture and speaking whatever language—is the expression of Veda, Total Natural Law, which is the vibration of the unified field of consciousness itself—so that everyone is in fact a Cosmic individual with Cosmic Potential that can be easily realized through Consciousness-based Education in 7,000 schools throughout the world. Heaven on Earth—Sat Yuga— Maharishi inaugurated the dawn of Heaven on Earth—Sat Yuga—on July 21, 2005, the day of Guru Purnima, when the greatness of the tradition of Vedic Masters is celebrated. Maharishi said that Victory Day on October 12 will be an echo of this great July 21 inauguration, and will continue in the set pattern created then to purify world consciousness and create permanent world peace. “We celebrated the dawn of a new time of enlightenment for every individual and invincibility for every nation—and now we are producing the global effect of perfection in life for everyone,” Maharishi said. The world will soon be a beautiful mosaic of differences Maharishi concluded by proclaiming that these Victory Day celebrations will mark a new time for the whole human race. “Our words are clear and simple,” Maharishi said. “Very soon every country will enjoy rising waves of positivity and freedom from fear and all other negative values. Very soon the world will be a beautiful mosaic of differences. And for this we say, ‘All glory to Guru Dev—all glory the tradition of Vedic masters for this gift of Total Knowledge for perfection in life.’”

to always be in the light of Total Natural Law, the light of God” (October 19, 2005) His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, founder of the Global Country of World Peace, boldly proclaimed this week that the achievement of mankind’s long-sought goal of permanent world peace is now at hand. Maharishi declared that with the establishment of schools, colleges, and universities around the globe offering the science and technology of Total Natural Law, the world is destined soon to enjoy a golden Age of Enlightenment that is free from all conflict, problems, and suffering. Maharishi’s proclamation came on October 12 during grand, global celebrations of the Vedic festival of “Victory Day.” Victory Day—Vijaya Dashami—is celebrated in the annual Vedic calendar as the day of enlightenment for every individual and invincibility for every nation. Maharishi’s announcement comes after 50 years of bringing enlightenment to millions of people through his worldwide Transcendental Meditation movement. “It is with complete satisfaction that we can announce on this Victory Day that the door of permanent world peace has opened for all mankind. Now it is a matter of everyone who wants to enter through the door to simply enter—and enjoy,” Maharishi said. The peace-promoting influence of Maharishi’s Natural Law-based technologies can already be seen in recent world events. Peace and harmony are growing between former enemy nations in many parts of the world, and governments promoting destructive policies are dramatically—and quite suddenly—losing public support.

Science and
technology of Total Natural Law Maharishi said the science and technology of Total Natural Law is the key to creating permanent world peace. “There is nothing random in this scientific age. You press a button and instantly the work is done—you achieve the results. The science and technology of Total Natural Law, which administers the infinite diversity of the universe with perfect order, is that same press-button operation in which the action for peace and the effect of creating of peace are immediate—there is no delay,” Maharishi said. In response to a press question, Maharishi explained why the effect is immediate. “The science of Total Natural Law and the technology of Total Natural Law are not separate—they are the same,” Maharishi said. “Total Natural Law—the Unified Field, the Constitution of the Universe, the light of God—has been sought by the wise throughout the ages. But now, in this scientific age, the omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent Unified Field has been found to be within the Self of everyone. So it is just a matter of a few groups of individuals applying it within their own Self to produce an immediate global effect.” For this, Maharishi said, the Transcendental Meditation technique provides every individual with the experience of the unmanifest field of Total Natural Law within his own self-referral consciousness. Maharishi also said the advanced Yogic Flying technique provides every individual with the ability to command Total Natural Law, the field of gravity, from within his own Self through the power of thought alone. “Gravity is the unifying value of Natural Law, which promotes the progress and well-being of everyone and everything in the universe,” Maharishi said. “The force of gravity can be commanded by the mind through Yogic Flying to produce an immediate, ‘push-button’ effect of progress and well-being for the whole world.” “Our desire is

Maharishi Offers Governments Train
Groups of Students in Yogic Flying Divisive Party Politics in Government” (October 26, 2005) His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi this week offered heads of state a simple, proven formula to promote perfect administration: Train a group of young students in every school to practice the Transcendental Meditation program and Yogic Flying to create coherent national consciousness—the basis of governmental success. “With coherent collective consciousness, the government will enjoy prevention-oriented, problem-free administration and fulfill its parental role in the nation,” Maharishi said. “But without it, the government will remain sunk in problems—incapable of satisfying the people and unable to promote the orderly administration of society.” Maharishi’s offer came during his Oct. 19 global news conference, which was broadcast live via satellite and Internet webcast from the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace in Meru, Holland. is responsible when people Maharishi dismissed as “ineffective and pathetic” the administration in every country—and cited improper education as the cause. “It is the failure of government when people make mistakes and create problems for themselves and for others—because they have not been properly educated. And yet when the people make mistakes, the government puts them in jail! This whole vicious cycle happens because government has not properly educated the people,” Maharishi said. The solution, Maharishi said, is to introduce Consciousness-Based education into the schools to properly shape life from birth through old age. “Consciousness-Based education awakens Total Natural Law within the self-referral consciousness of every individual, so that all thought and behavior are naturally supported by Total Natural Law, which promotes the evolution of everyone and everything, from point to infinity, in the ever-expanding universe,” Maharishi said.” | |

Maharishi explained that when Yogic Flying is practiced in groups, the performance awakens the Unified Field—the Constitution of the Universe—and creates coherence in the whole of collective consciousness. “When collective consciousness is coherent, the individuals will naturally support each other—there will be no disharmony in society and there will be no divisive party politics in government. There will be smooth ‘automation in administration,’” Maharishi said. Establishing
groups of Yogic Flyers according to mother tongue Maharishi emphasized that the groups of students who practice Yogic Flying should be established according to their mother tongue as a “shortcut” to creating coherent collective consciousness. Maharishi described each mother tongue as a unit of Natural Law. (There are about 7,000 mother tongues in the world.) “The infinite creative intelligence of Total Natural Law flows through the mother tongue,” Maharishi said. Maharishi explained that there is no strain on the tender brain of a child when he speaks at school the same mother tongue he speaks at home. “So when children with the same mother tongue practice Yogic Flying together, that particular unit of Natural Law blossoms—and Total Natural Law blossoms—more quickly in individual and collective consciousness.” The
Constitution of the Universe will bring success Through these groups of Yogic Flyers in the schools, Maharishi said, governments will easily access the Constitution of the Universe to bring success to their deeply flawed manmade constitutions. “Manmade constitutions, with their human weaknesses and human failings, create chaos in the administration of government,” Maharishi said. “However, by establishing a group of Yogic Flyers in every school, every government can gain support from the Constitution of the Universe, which administers the infinite diversity of the universe with perfect order. Then the manmade constitution will be upheld by the Constitution of the Universe—the God-made Constitution, the Vedic Constitution—and then every nation will be administered with the same efficiency as the administration of the universe.” “Now is the time to produce the effect” Maharishi concluded by citing the success of his global program to create permanent world peace, which includes establishing large numbers of peace-creating Vedic Pandits in India as well as groups of Yogic Flyers throughout the world. Implemented just over six months ago, Maharishi’s program has already generated a dramatic rise of coherence in world consciousness. World press reports clearly show a marked upsurge of positive trends in different parts of the world, including growing peace between long-time former enemy nations. “We received the lighted lamps of Total Knowledge from our master Guru Dev and the eternal tradition of Vedic masters, and now we are spreading the light from lamp to lamp to lamp. It’s a different world now—we can see more and more clearly, day after day, that there are fewer struggles, less strife, and fewer signs of negativity,” Maharishi said. “But our time for talk is over.
